In order to take our quality standards to the next level, we have made another significant investment: three new, highly complex testing machines from BG INGENIÉRIE.

Our old test machines have now reached the end of their service life and the same principle applies here: progress never stands still.

With the new devices, we are testing the ID card materials and the resulting ID cards for parameters such as:

– bending strength
– stability
– tear resistance

Both the new wrapping machine and the twisting and bending machine perform a live antenna check during testing. This means they verify that the built-in RFID chips are working properly.

In addition to the clear quality benefits, it’s incredibly exciting to watch the tests unfold in real time. One thing is crystal clear: our ID cards are subject to a very thorough inspection
