If disputes between you as a consumer and us can’t be solved, you can make use of the online dispute resolution procedure under http://ec.europa.eu/odr/ according to EU-regulations about online dispute resolution in consumer affairs (VO Nr. 524/2013). This enables the consumers to clarify disputes in connection with their online order without judical intervention in the first place.
